REGISTRATION
Your ticket includes a pre-conference devotional, three conference sessions, lunch, snacks, and other fun surprises throughout the day!
Yes, registration changes as we get closer to the conference.

Early Bird: $55—for 24 hours only. This will close on Feb. 22, 2026 at 11:59PM.

Standard Registration: $65—Until October 3rd

Late Registration: $75—October 4th to January 31st

Final Rate: $85—February 1st to February 20

College Student: $55—Until Feb. 20th

You can request a refund of your ticket until August 31st. If due to an emergency situation you are unable to attend, you can:

Re-sell your paid registration at your own discretion.

Group registrations for Oaks Women Conference are available at the regular ticket cost.
BEFORE THE CONFERENCE
Girls 12-100 (and up) are welcome to Oaks Women Conference!
We do not have childcare available for everyone at this event. We have limited childcare capacity available for Single Moms at $20 per child under 12. This includes their lunch and snacks for the day. As you register yourself, you can also register your kids for childcare by selecting the “Single Mom’s Childcare” option on our registration page.
Whatever you feel cute, comfortable, and confident in. You do you, girl!
We encourage all girls to come expectant and ready for God to move! We will provide a digital pre-conference devotional before the conference. This devotional will be emailed to you and will equip us to journey through prayer and scripture in preparation for Oaks Women Conference. You do not have to complete the devotional to come to Oaks Women Conference! We also encourage you to bring your Bible and journal on the day of the conference. We’ll also have our Oaks Women Merch store and Oaks Coffee Co. open! Finally, don’t come to the Conference alone. Bring a friend or family member who needs this experience. It’s always better to grow in our faith together!
